Yoga Nidra is a centuries-old meditation practice, often referred to as yogic sleep. Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that systematically guides and relaxes you at every level of your being, including physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers (called the koshas). Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music, and nature imagery, Divine Sleep invites you to become aware of each layer of being without needing to change or fix anything.
The only thing to do in this meditation is to "notice." It supports you in feeling empowered and whole just as you are.You will experience this practice laying down on a mat, covered with a blanket and eye mask (if desired) and supported with bolters. Divine Sleep requires of you only to lie down and listen. No yoga or meditation experience is needed. No special apparel is needed or required, but it's suggested that you wear something comfortable.
